About
Our Philosophy
Choosing the right Will Writer isn’t easy. After all, it has be someone you trust and who will explain the legal side of things clearly to you without using a lot of jargon. I’m passionate about helping people sort out their Wills and planning their estate, simply because I see the difference it makes to their peace of mind. It’s quite common for people not to have a Will – it’s one of those things they’ll get around to doing ‘one of these days’ – but often they’re worried about dying without having made provision for their loved ones.
What makes me a little different from other Will writers is that I offer a friendly, no-obligation consultation. This can be online, or social-distanced home or work visits. I personally draft documents in-house which allows for a consistent level of service and I can make sure nothing gets ‘lost in translation’.
One of the most important aspects of the business for me is providing an affordable service for my clients that doesn’t compromise on quality. I put a great deal of effort into ensuring every detail is covered and I often do visits at weekends or during the evenings. I will take the time to go through all the details and answer any questions you may have and no job is too big or small as far as I’m concerned. I like to do what it takes to provide the best customer service and have even been known to turn a Will around in a couple of hours in an emergency. What matters to me is that my clients are happy. And they are.
